Administrator Rights

I will explain more later , now how to fix your PC , First if you can save all your important files on a thumdrive it does have have to be very big somewhere around 2 gig is fine , now after you save your important files go to user accounts and create 3 new accounts 1 as a Administrator and 2 as a limited rights user . Deleting Files
Next delete the account you were using all this time and delete all the files ( dont worry all your pre loaded software is still there ) and presto your PC has no more problems and it should react as if it was new again and of course you will have to reload any software that you purchased separately.
